Refund & Dispute Policy

Effective Date: February 16, 2025

All sales are final unless services have not been rendered in accordance with the service agreement. If you experience a dispute regarding billing or service delivery, please contact our customer service team within 7 business days of the incident. DWC Industries Inc. will review each claim on a case-by-case basis and may issue a refund or credit if warranted.

Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: February 16, 2025

Customers must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations of scheduled services. Failure to notify us within this timeframe may result in a cancellation fee. To cancel, please call our service number or email us directly. Emergency cancellations will be considered for credit depending on circumstances.

• DWC Industries Inc. reserves the right to refuse service if conditions are deemed unsafe or not compliant with local laws.
• Service dates and times are subject to change based on weather, traffic, or equipment availability.
• Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise agreed in writing.
